Do you offer any warranty’s?
No I do not, half of my settings are custom made as well as designed to specifically to hold Breastmilk.
I use the highest quality of eproxy resin along with a few extra layers for protection, it is up to you to follow my care instructions.
However if you are unhappy with your piece when you receive it please contact me.
What is breastmilk jewelry?
Breastmilk jewelry is jewelry made with your own breastmilk, to symbolize your breastmilk journey, whether you breastfed once or for 3 years! As well as moms who exclusively pumped, breastfed, used donor milk, supplemented with donor milk or formula, struggled with IGT or low supply, as well who struggled with mastitis & over produced, and triple fed (pumped,bottle & breast). It is very special keepsake to remind moms of how special their journey was as well as how much hard work they put into it.
How do I know you’re going to use my milk?
As a mom who struggled very much with breastfeeding as well as producing, having a piece of jewelry was so special to me, I had a hard time trusting other businesses would use my milk, so I decided to make my own. I know how important and meaningful these pieces of jewelry are.
How long do I have to send my inclusions?
You have 8 months from the time the order was placed, if it has been 8 months with nothing has been received as well as no contact you will be mailed the empty setting, no refund will be given.
You can repurchase the same order and mail me the inclusions as well as the empty setting.
How do you make keepsake jewelry?
For breastmilk, I spent a long time researching and testing out different preservation methods before I started selling. I used the highest quality preservation method to preserve the breastmilk, I then encase it in highest quality eproxy resin to ensure it’s made to last.
Other inclusions are encased in highest quality eproxy resin to ensure it’s made to last.
Can my breastmilk be spoiled or frozen?
Yes, I can preserve any breastmilk that doesn’t have mold in it. The breastmilk can be frozen for years (oldest I’ve worked with was 12 years old!) it can be leftover from a bottle that wasn’t finished, or milk left in the fridge for days!
Can you make a custom setting for my keepsake?
Yes I can, please contact me on Instagram @lacmoris or email me at [email protected] please include photos of the custom design you’d like. There is a $150 fee on top of the jewelry fee.
Will my jewelry turn yellow or brown?
No, I use the highest quality preservation method to ensure your breastmilk is fully preserved. The eproxy I use is UV protectant as well as the highest quality there is. Please follow my case instructions to prevent any discoloration, using hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol or washing your hands/showering with it on overtime can cause discoloration.
